British international lawyer, governance adviser and arbitrator — a documented record spanning international legal practice, banking leadership, diplomacy and institutional compliance.
Across more than two decades, Dr Nassouri has built a practice defined by matters that cross borders, legal systems and asset classes.
His work ranges from international arbitration and aviation asset structuring to trade finance, maritime transactions and the governance and financial-crime frameworks that underpin them. He advises across the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Malaysia and Hong Kong, frequently for Persian-speaking clients and counterparties, and produces formal deliverables in British English.
Alongside legal practice, he has held senior banking leadership and a portfolio of diplomatic and humanitarian appointments. He is a Freeman of the City of London, a member of the International Bar Association in good standing, and an individual member of the LCIA Users’ Council.
